Acadia
Hi friends!
I finally got around to editing some of my favorite pictures from our recent fifth wedding anniversary trip to Acadia National Park in Maine. I took 500 some-odd photos! Crazy.
Here are a tiny few; I can't say enough good things about that place. It's just gorgeous and so wonderful to hike. So much to see! I hope you enjoy these images and that perhaps they inspire you to visit!

That little lamb hat is ridiculously cute!! I've been following your blog since before Paige was born and we both had our girls within a month of each other..and yet this is the first time I am posting a note. I had to because your photos of Maine are gorgeous. it looks like you guys had a wonderful trip!!
Quick question: What stroller did you use on trails when you were not using the backpack? It looks itty-bitty, which I love.
Hi Portia! Thanks for reading along! :) The stroller we used on the carriage road was called the "uppa baby g-luxe." It's an umbrella stroller that is so light, but has such great control. It has a cup holder, sun shade, and can fully recline if needed. There's also a nice storage net underneath. There's a little stand on it too, so if you close it up, it will stand on it's own. There's even a strap for carrying it on your back if you don't need it or are traveling with it. I got it mainly for use at the mall since the huge stroller never seems to fit in any of the stores! This one is also so light, it's so easy to get in and out of the car. :)
Beautiful pictures!! Fall in the East is incomparable thanks to all the gorgeous colours of the foliage.
ps. I have the Uppa Baby, too and LOVE it. Really recommend it if you are looking for a durable, lightweight stroller, Portia.
OMG I love the colors there!! I am so jealous!! It's beautiful.
